What Juliet Says About Being A Therapist
"I believe in each person's ability to seek out and find resources for growth in their life, and I see my task as supporting each person to find their own way of being creative and expressing their true self. I believe each individual has the strength within themselves to reach a new level of the change they are seeking. I strive to serve as the extra eyes and ears of the client and as a voice to point out the things they are discovering on their journey of growth, which they have invited me to explore with them. I think there is something deeply beautiful and real in supporting individuals to move away from what they feel they have to do in life – to moving toward doing what they want to do. I consider it a privilege to be able to provide someone with a safe space in which they can step outside of their everyday experience and get back in touch with forgotten or unknown parts of themselves. I believe a world of limitless possibility and spontaneity is waiting for adults to feel the freedom to play in. I am committed to helping others discover this space and find the compassion within themselves to allow a time of play, imagination, and healing."
