LEE MITCHELL
|
Lee C. Mitchell, M.A., DTR, is a trainee at the Center for Creative Growth, under the supervision of the licensed MFT supervisory team at the Center. She is a graduate student in the Integral Counseling Psychology program at California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. For the past eight years, Lee has worked in the mind/body field, as a dance/movement therapist and a yoga teacher and yoga therapist. She has a deep and abiding belief that all human beings are inherently loveable and deeply desire to move toward health and wholeness. Lee believes that to heal, we must be helped to develop deep compassion for ourselves and others. She has special interest in working with relationship issues, personal growth, spirituality, depression, grief and loss, and meditation/visualization. |
